We are looking for someone to join the support team. You will help customers, from individuals to businesses, get their websites and email running and keep them that way.

This role is for someone who enjoys solving problems, explains things calmly and follows each request through to the end.

What you will do

Answer customer requests by ticket and chat
Solve hosting, domain, DNS and email problems
Help set up cPanel accounts, WordPress and mailboxes
Hand over to the right team anything that belongs to another area, and follow it until it is closed
Improve knowledge base articles with what you learn from requests

What we are looking for

Experience in technical support or customer service
Knowledge of DNS, email (SMTP, IMAP) and web hosting
Speak and write both Portuguese and English
Clear answers, written without unnecessary jargon
Living in Angola, Mozambique or South Africa

Nice to have

Experience with cPanel/WHM or WHMCS
Basic Linux and command line
Experience with WordPress
