Interweb AI
Ask anything about hosting, domains and servers. It answers in seconds, with the prices actually on sale — and calls a person if one is needed.

It is not a list of frequently asked questions. It is an assistant that reads the Interweb Angola catalogue at the moment you ask — plans, prices in your currency, domains, knowledge base — and answers from what is there.
No account and nothing to install: it sits in the corner of every page. You ask, it fetches the answer from the catalogue and the knowledge base, and returns it in seconds. If the matter calls for a person, it hands the conversation over and tells you it did.
What we measure, not what we promise.
Every answer comes from a source of ours. It does not guess prices or invent pages:
It knows nothing by heart. For every question it goes and fetches the material, and answers from what is there — and when it finds none, it says so, instead of inventing an answer that sounds right.
Plans, billing cycles and prices, read the moment you ask and in the currency you will pay in. The same source your invoice comes from: if a price changes today, the answer changes today.
The list and the price of each, with availability checked at the registrar while you talk.
The articles our team wrote, with a link to read them in full.
Real addresses only. A link it cannot confirm is stripped from the answer before it reaches you.
Services, renewal dates and open tickets — only after you sign in to the client area.
Some things a machine should not decide on its own. On these it does not answer — it hands you to a person:
We ask for your name, e-mail and phone before we start. Not out of curiosity — it is what lets us answer you and pick the conversation back up.
So we can reach you if the conversation breaks off, and so whoever takes over knows what was said.
In our support centre, on our own server. The conversation is not used to train any model.
Our support team. Nobody else.
Ask for it at any time — useful to forward to a colleague or to keep what was agreed.
Signed out, it sees no account at all. Typing somebody else's e-mail does not open their data.
You do not have to write like a machine. But three things make all the difference to the answer:
Questions people ask us about the assistant.
It is a program. We say so in the first message, and it never pretends otherwise. When a matter needs a person, it hands the conversation over and tells you it did.
Prices come from the same place your invoice does: the Interweb Angola catalogue, in your currency. It does not work prices out from memory or invent pages — when it has no source for an answer, it says it does not know.
Only if you are signed in to the client area. Then it knows your services and your dates. Signed out, it talks to you as it would to any visitor — there is no way to see somebody else's account.
We do, so we can answer you and so whoever takes over can see what was said. We ask for your name, e-mail and phone at the start, and use them for that alone. You can have the conversation e-mailed to you at the end.
Ask for a person — there is a button for that at any point in the conversation. And tell us: every conversation is recorded and read by us.
No. It is free and you do not need an account with us.
Ask it something. If it does not know, it says so and calls someone.
