No. What you pay on the first invoice is what you pay on renewal, on the same cycle. We do not run a low entry price to raise it later — if the table ever changes, we say so first and it only applies from the next cycle.
You can, and the yearly figure is twelve times the monthly one — no surprises, no small print. You pick the cycle in the cart, and you can change it later in the Client Area without losing what you have paid.
The domain is a separate service and is billed separately, because it is yours and stays yours even if you move hosting. You can register it with us in the same cart, or point one you already own here.
We do, at no cost. We copy it, set everything up here, show you the site working and only then is the domain pointed — the site does not go down during the move.
Any time, without stopping the site. The account is the same, only the limits change, and the invoice carries the difference for the time still left on the paid cycle.
As many as you need: the accounts are not limited in number, they use the plan’s space and are created in cPanel in seconds. If you want mailboxes with guaranteed space, professional e-mail is available separately.
We warn you before it becomes a problem. The site is not switched off for that: either we clear what is left over (old backups, files nobody uses), or you move up a plan.
